Chlorella contains β-carotene found in green and yellow vegetables, iron and dietary fiber found in seaweed, protein (Amino acid) can be found in animal and plant food.
Characteristics of Yawata’s chlorella.

How to take
Take 30 tablets per day with cold or tepid water.
If you are taking it for the first time, you can take 5 to 10 tablets daily and gradually increase the intake.
