"Yonago Koso" is produced in Tottori Prefecture, the home of Yawata, at the foot of Mt. Daisen - the tallest mountain in the Chugoku region. We try to exclusively use locally grown ingredients. These include; wild grapes, Japanese plums, mulberries, and wild raspberries, all of which grow naturally, deep in Mt. Daisen. We also use locally harvested seasonal fruits and vegetables. We prepare the ingredients when they are in season to ensure they have the highest nutritional value.We take advantage of the temperature differences of the four seasons, and only use natural fermentation. Skilled workers check the fermentation process of each barrel and take exceptional care of the products.

Chlorella is a kind of freshwater green algae. It is taxonomically close to green laver, kelp and wakame seaweed. Half of its components are proteins. It's also rich in dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals. Yawata uses 100% Chlorella pyrenoidosa and nothing else. Chlorella, which are grown in mineral water are used for "Chlorella with High Iron and Zinc". We don't add iron and zinc, because Chlorella is naturally rich in it.

Chlorella is taxonomically close to green laver, kelp and wakame seaweed and is a kind of green algae found in fresh water. Chlorella is half protein and is also rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Yawata uses 100% chlorella pyrenoidosa, which is grown using sunlight and nothing else, in Chlorella.
