4. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Personal information acquired by Yawata for shopping on our site shall be used for the purpose of receiving orders, shipping products, billing and usage analysis for the site.

Yawata entrusts delivery operation to Japan Post Co., Ltd. and subcontracts customer information to them. We require that Japan Post sign a strict non-disclosure agreement beforehand and we conduct necessary and adequate supervision and guidance.

Yawata does not hold the customer's credit card information ,which is necessary to settle payments for products and services provided.

Yawata will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your provided consent. However, Yawata reserves the right to use or disclose to a third party any information without a customer’s consent, if it is required by any laws and/or regulations.
